Marika Sherwood, The Final Chapter

Hungarian-born historian Marika Sherwood died on February 17, 2025, aged 87. Respected worldwide for her immense contribution to Black history, she gave one of the last extended on-camera interviews to me, Tayo Aluko, in December 2023.

Funds to the tune of £3000 are required for the production of the video which includes editing roughly ten hours of footage down to a film of just under one hour, and making it publicly and freely available. The working title is An Ignorant (Jewish) Hungarian Girl in the House of Black History Books
